SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. Once processing is over your package will be shipped.
This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated time frame of the delivery of your package.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED OR DISPOSED PACKAGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! *****************
If a shipment is returned to us the customer will be responsible for any additional cost related to reshipment. For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS and USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We will gladly refund or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. if you need to exchange or refund an item send us an email to email@example.com and we will send you a return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
